If you are unhappy with your dress for any reason, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your dress to tell us more about your concern, so we could provide you with options of returning or exchanging your dress. Refund will not be issued to any unreported returns.
For any returns or exchanges, please make sure that dresses are in their original brand new condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean in original packaging. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Items cannot be returned
All custom-sized dresses, plus size dresses, and bridal accessories are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
LilacBridal inspects and carefully packs each dress for every order to ensure that orders are correct and up to our standard. However, if you do receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, please contact our customer support on the day you receive your product. You must notify us beforehand in order for us to accept the merchandise. Proof of damage will need to be assessed by our team.
Important notice: a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be charged for all returns, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for items that are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. And we urge you to please send returns via tracked shipping methods for your own protection. We cannot guarantee a refund for non-trackable returns.
